Account Deletion Instructions
To delete your FITRA IQ account, please follow the steps below:
Open the FITRA IQ application.
Go to the Premium section.
Tap the "Delete Account" button.
Read the information displayed and tap "Send Request".
Your device's email application will open automatically.
Send the prepared email to:
fitraiq.app@gmail.com
Subject:
Delete Account Request
Your request will be submitted to the FITRA IQ administration.
Requests are reviewed and processed within 7 business days.
After Account Deletion
Once your request has been processed:
• Your FITRA IQ account will be permanently deleted;
• Authentication-related information (email address, User ID, and account records) will be removed;
• User-related data associated with the account will be deleted or anonymized where applicable.
Special Cases
Certain technical records, such as server logs or backup-related technical information, may be retained for a limited period when required for legal, security, or operational purposes.
Such information is not used to identify users or reactivate deleted accounts.
